Marketing Specialist

Join our dynamic team as our new Marketing Specialist and get the opportunity to shape how TABS connects with our vibrant global client base. Based in Eindhoven, you will be the creative engine behind our brand presence in the U.S. and Europe. Your day-to-day work consists of managing our digital platforms, launching impactful campaigns, and using data to bridge the gap between our services and the foreign companies looking to expand into the U.S.

Based in the Netherlands, the Marketing Specialist acts as a central pillar for the Business Development and Relations team, taking full ownership of the planning, execution, and optimization of the company’s marketing efforts. You serve as the creative voice of TABS across all digital and physical platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and brand presence while directly supporting our business development and client engagement initiatives.

Your day to day work consists of managing the website, social media, conducting research, and implementing campaigns. You’re an important sparring partner who performs market research to understand target audiences, market trends, competitor strategies and customer needs. From that knowledge, you’re able to identify opportunities for improvement and identify evolving market trends. By doing so, you create and distribute monthly reports on critical metrics for lead generation, website traffic, and other KPIs for further growth.

The ideal candidate will have some years of experience as a marketing specialist within a professional services environment such as Legal, Finance or Consulting. You have an intrinsic drive to (get to) know everything there is about B2B marketing, whether it concerns SEO, brand management, content creation, or analytics and reporting tools. With your entrepreneurial mindset, you handle multiple deadlines and tasks without losing common interest out of sight.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform market research to understand target audiences, market trends, competitor strategies and customer needs.

  • Review current brand guide and identify areas for improvement, ensure it is kept up to date and used accurately by all team members.

  • Create content, such as informational articles, team member spotlights, company updates, etc and share across all social media platforms.

  • Collaborate with Team Leaders to gather client testimonials and incorporate positive feedback through website and social media posts.

  • Optimize website content for search engines (SEO).

  • Create and distribute monthly reports on critical metrics for lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIs.

  • Assist in the planning and marketing of events hosted and/or attended by TABS Team Leaders and BizDev & Relations Team, including content creation and engagement.

  • Analyze existing marketing strategy with a critical eye and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Work closely with the Business Development, Client Relations, and service teams to align messaging and support company-wide initiatives.

  • Understand the sensitive nature of the data handled and take appropriate steps to safeguard it at all times, including familiarity with GDPR and U.S. data privacy laws.

Team:

The Marketing Specialist will be part of the Business Development and Relations Team.

Knowledge/Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience, or High School Diploma and 4+ years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience promoting professional services such as legal, finance or consulting.

  • B2B marketing experience is preferred.

  • Experience with website management, including SEO.

  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics).

  • Knowledge of Social media platforms & management tools such as LinkedIn & Buffer.

Fulltime role Salary: €3,450 – €4,216 per month
