Work Location: Hybrid remote in Eindhoven, the Netherlands

TABS, Inc. provides assistance and guidance to foreign companies when starting or expanding their business in the U.S. TABS currently has offices in New York, Humble, TX, and The Netherlands. Due to our recent growth, we are seeking a Business Support Officer who will be working with the Business Relations team. This position is crucial in supporting our business development and client relations.


Key Responsibilities of a Business Support Officer

  • Support Relationship Managers with day-to-day client needs.
  • Translate client questions into actual services.
  • Monitor outstanding client requests and navigate between different departments.
  • Translate client questions into actual services and vice versa.
  • Contribute to improving internal processes.


Job Qualifications and Skill Set of a Business Support Officer

  • Experience in client-facing services and/or inside sales is preferred. However, recent graduates in fields such as International Business are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • You must reside in the Netherlands.
  • Displays strong communication skills.
  • A good understanding of service processes.
  • Comfortable working with confidential information.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Critical thinking
  • Proficiency in Dutch is preferred but not required.

Job Type

Full-time, Part-time

  • Part-time: 32-40 hours per week
  • Full-time: 40 hours per week


Salary

€2.800,00 – €3.500,00 per month
