Born in England and raised in Germany by Polish parents, the beginning of his career spanned various industries, including telecommunications, publishing, and luxury goods, in roles that honed his communication skills and client-oriented approach.

After entering the NYC recruiting field in 2006, he leveraged his international experience to connect European clients with top-tier talent across various sectors. He is dedicated to a solutions-oriented approach and deeply understands European companies’ needs in the U.S. market. You can find him woodworking, racing his bike, or flying kites with his two sons in his spare time.
